| Optical Image Stabiliser & High Sensitivity |
| Ever have trouble shooting clear images? If you move the camera while taking a picture, you'll have camera shake blur. If the subject moves while you shoot, you'll have subject shake blur. Fortunately, the new H Series is equipped with anti-blur solutions. Its Optical Image Stabiliser and high sensitivity (up to ISO1000) let you capture various scenes clearly without either type of annoying blur. Your images are remarkably clear. |

| Sony's Double Solution is extremely effective at reducing blur in various situations. The solution consists of an Optical Image Stabiliser that reduces camera shake blur and is especially beneficial during powerful 12x zooming. It also includes high sensitivity shooting up to ISO1000 that reduces subject shake blur and is particularly advantageous when shooting fast moving subjects and shooting indoors. Thanks to Sony's Double Solution, your images are exceptionally clear even in low-light conditions, such as indoors without a flash, and when capturing fast-moving subjects such as kids running outdoors. |

| To compensate for inevitable camera shake when shooting from your hand, the new H Series incorporates an Optical Image Stabiliser called Super SteadyShot that uses built-in gyro sensors to detect camera shake and correct it with a shift lens. This feature is effective at reducing camera shake blur in various scenes, such as when shooting indoors at night, or in moody restaurants where light is limited. By reducing camera shake blur, you can also make the most of the H series' ultra zooming functions (12x Optical Zoom, 24x Precision Digital Zoom, and 52x-57x Smart Zoom™) when shooting faraway subjects. |

Two image stabiliser modes |
| Depending on shooting needs and conditions, users can choose either [Shooting mode], which activates at the moment of shutter release to conserve battery stamina, or [Continuous mode], which provides constant correction for camera shake and clearer framing of subjects when zooming. |
| In addition to lowering camera shake blur via Optical Image Stabiliser, the new H series uses high shutter speeds (made possible by high sensitivity settings up to ISO1000) to reduce subject shake blur. So you can shoot fast-moving subjects such as kids, pets and sporting events with clearer results. The high sensitivity setting even produces clear, true-to-life images in low-light conditions such as in restaurants and at twilight. |

In addition to providing manual ISO settings selectable by menu (P Auto), the H Series lets you simply set the Mode Dial to to enter the High Sensitivity mode, which automatically selects the best ISO setting to allow a high shutter speed in any situation. You can shoot at twilight without a flash and achieve natural results, with a clear background, taking full advantage of the camera's high resolution. Or shoot indoors and be sure that your high-resolution image has minimum blur in the subject and background. |
